All prices are in £ sterling.
We reserve the right to change any advertised price before you place an order.
All products are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time. If your order cannot be fulfilled, you will be offered an alternative or given a full refund.
Payments
Payment can be made by credit card on paypal online, credit or debit card over the phone or by cheque/postal order made payable to Putsborough Ltd. Please allow five working days for cheques to clear. Payment will be debited to your account on despatch of your order.
We will take all care within our power to keep your order and payment details secure.
In the unlikely event that your goods are lost in transit or arrive damaged, please notify us at the Customer Service email address customer-service@elodiecollections.shop.venda.com or via our telephone number +44 (0)1271 312025.
Delivery
We charge a set amount for your delivery, no matter how many items you order. This includes postage, packing and insurance. The charge depends on the speed of delivery required.
Standard recorded delivery: £4.50
Guaranteed next day delivery £5.95 (orders placed before 2pm)
Unfortunately, we cannot deliver to a PO BOX address or secure home delivery boxes at this time.
Returns
We want you to be happy with your purchase so our jewellery comes with a money back guarantee. We are happy for you to return any unwanted pieces within 28 days of the order being delivered, for a refund or replacement. However, for hygiene reasons earrings cannot be returned.
Please return goods as they were sent to you. Items that we consider to have been mistreated or damaged through wear and tear cannot be replaced or credited.
A returns form will be sent with your order. Please note that we do not provide a free returns service.
